An alleged big time “Drug queen” Lovely Impal yield herself to Philippine National Police(PNP) Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa at Camp Crame on Monday, accompanied by Chief Superintendent Agripino Javier, police director in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).

Impal is considered as one of the illegal drug suppliers of Eastern Visayas “Drug lord” Kerwin Espinosa. In previous Senate hearing Espinosa described Impal as a bigger name in the drug trade.

And according to Espinosa’s affidavit Impal is facing a drug-related case at the Cebu City Regional Trial Branch 58.

“Natakot siya na na-implicate siya ni Kerwin.” Dela Rosa told reporters at the Senate.
PNP chief Dela Rosa said that Impal is still “not cooperative” in giving more information to authorities, although she mentioned some policemen allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade.

“We still cannot determine that because she may be like Kerwin who is telling a half-truth. Iyong ibinibigay nya na impormasyon ay iyong alam niya na hindi masyadong makakadiin sa kanya , iyong makakadiin sa kanya pinipigilan niya” Dela Rosa said.

He added that Impal is also the supplier of Eugene Alegre, Dodong Valendres, Crisostomo Llagonos(Tata Negros), Carlo Dy, an alias Ricking, Jerome Estrada, Charlie Parba, Ryan Tumulak and an Enrico Caca.

Hence, there are still no cases filed against Impal, who is under the custody of the Philippine National Police’s Anti-Illegal Drugs group in Camp Crame in Quezon City.
